Christmas in the Rockies

So everyone came here for Christmas this year! It was so great. My brother and his family were not planning on it, but ended up surprising everyone by showing up at the door on Dec. 23rd. They hid in the stairwell until Jen and I got home, then jumped out and yelled, "SURPRISE!!!" And we were! Jen just stood there stunned, and I dashed passed her for hugs as she stood frozen. Anyway, we had a great time. We ate so much we could've puked; had many late nights and very early mornings; took pics with Santa; played with barbies and toy horses; read stories; and sang "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" countless times with the little ones. Poor Brinn had a few bumps and bruises. Good thing Aunt Linda has little ice packs shaped like kittens for times like these.
