Yep. Sound as a Pound and enjoying life. Here you will find my thoughts, and I'm sure a few funny (and maybe embarassing) stories. Enjoy!

Ainsley Jean enters the world!

After Mom's visit to Boston, we flew back to Salt Lake City together for the blessing of little Ainsley Jean Williams - my brother's second daughter. We made an overnight stop in Denver on the way back so we could see Linda, Gary, and crew. It was so nice to be able to see them. Amy, Danny, and Becky all came over and we had dinner together - sweet potatoes and pork. Yum! Then we chatted the evening through as is common during these visits. I fell asleep in the most comfortable recliner in the world while Linda and Mom talked. We had a great visit and I'm so happy I got to see them. It'd been too long! Within 24 hours, though, we were back in the air on the way to SLC. We stayed with Jen overnight, drove to Burley and stayed a night, and then Jen and I headed to Chant and Kara's a couple days early. We wanted to spend time with them before everyone got there.
We had so much fun together! Brinn is the silliest two year old I know. She is delightful. Seeing her just makes me smile. And Ainsley is so sweet. She's a content little thing - only cries if she needs something. She has a crooked smile and squinty eyes that almost close when she grins (like the rest of us!). It's so cute, I can't even handle it!
We had a fun time together, and I was sad to have to leave.

Here's a pic of Kara & Ainsley - check out those bunny slippers!

Brinn's wacky hair. Chant tried to get up several times, but Brinn just kept yanking his head back down.
